Just Someone Who Cared
Plagiarising the name from the walls of the dingy basement from which they emerged, Just Someone Who Cared (past tense) is a 4 piece ‘new-wave celtic shoeblues’ band from Glasgow, Scotland.
Our Story
Established in 2022 “Just Someone Who Cared” are an all girl indie rock band from Glasgow. They started playing in their school theatre but have quickly worked their way up to playing bigger venues and organising their own youth music events. The members all have very different musical backgrounds but came together through their love of bands such as “Belle and Sebastian” “Blondie” and “Portishead”. Their poetic lyrics, guitar driven riffs and artistic visuals create a very unique performance.
